Gerbino Chardonnay is a medium-bodied, unoaked white wine that showcases expressive aromas and a vibrant minerality. Chardonnay, one of the signature grape varieties of the Terre Sicane in western Sicily, was introduced in the late 80s to elevate the quality of Sicilian wines. The Di Giovanna family produces this unoaked version, capturing the essence of wildflowers and citrus.

Crafted from vineyards planted at altitudes ranging from 400 to 850 meters in the rugged, organic terroir of Sambuca di Sicilia and Contessa Entellina, Gerbino Chardonnay embodies the family’s commitment to sustainable, expressive winemaking.
